Payment
The costs of consultations, treatments, medication, surgery, etc. must be paid after the appointment. Payment can be made in cash or by debit card. In the case of extensive examinations or surgery, you can request an estimate of the costs in advance. Our (treatment) agreements are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Royal Netherlands Veterinary Association, filed with the Registry of the District Court of Utrecht under number 02/192.
We do not offer payment on account.
Cancelling an appointment
Of course, it may happen that you are unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment, and we fully understand this. However, we reserve a veterinarian, time and space for your pet. We would therefore greatly appreciate it if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. If an emergency occurs that is beyond your control, we will of course be understanding and no fee will be charged. For appointments that are not cancelled, or are not cancelled in time, we are unfortunately required to charge a fee of at least the price of a consultation. Thank you for your understanding.
Pharmacy
Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned due to pharmacy quality-control requirements and Dutch legislation. However, you can return unused medication to us free of charge for safe disposal.
Telephone consultation
Sometimes problems can also be discussed by telephone. Depending on the nature and duration of the consultation, a fee may be charged.
